Washington State’s 46th District is one of the most consistently Democratic districts in Washington state and has a long history of civic involvement and community activism for progressive causes.  The district is divided into 224 precincts.  

In addition to voting together, these precincts serve as the grassroots base for the party.  They are neighbors working together to get each other registered to vote, educated about candidates and ballot measures, and involved in shaping their party and their community. 

Precinct 46-1286 is located in the Northeast corner of the Phinney Neighborhood.  It consistently votes more than 70% Democratic and shows a strong commitment to progressive issues, particularly those related to environmental protection and sustainability.
