Because of the importance that Phinney Estate Law places on proactive planning we dedicate at least 25% of our practice to pro bono services and free community classes.


Next Class:


Estate Planning for Grandparents on February 16 2010, 7 pm to 8 pm at the Seattle Milk Fund office at 1130 North Northgate. Seattle, WA 98133.


This free class will provide valuable information for grandparents looking to start or update their estate planning to include new grandchildren. The class will cover the law with regard to gifts to minors, choices to be made regarding educational funding, and disability planning to protect your family. The class will also discuss ways to leave a non-monetary legacy to grandchildren.
