Free Class on Senior Nutrition at GSC 10/18

The Greenwood Senior Center is hosting a free class on Senior Nutrition on Thursday, October 18th, 11 am to noon.  The class will focus on the unique needs of seniors and ways to use diet to prevent disease and promote a positive lifestyle. 

The facilitator, Megan Moore RD, CD, will also be providing Free Individual Nutrition Consultations on Thursday, November 8 & December 6 between 10 am and noon.  Call 206.297.0875 for details or to make an appointment.

This may provide immigration protection and relief for some LGBT immigrants and their families, and prevent immigration officials from unnecessarily tearing apart bi-national same-sex couples.
