Presenting a Free Community Class on March 20th: Scripting Your Family's Future

On March 20, 2014 at 6 pm, Jamie Clausen of Phinney Estate Law will be doing a joint presentation with Stacie Farrell of Edward Jones on what families need to know about estate planning to prepare for their families future. We'll discuss strategies you may want to consider when preparing your estate plan that address:

• How your assets are distributed to your family
• Who will take care of your minor or special needs children
• Who will make medical or financial decisions for you if you can't
