The Washington State Bar Association's Monthly publication the Bar News featured an article on what it refers to as the Comprehensive Law Movement and its role in increasing civility in the practice. Two of the movements it singles out are Collaborative Law and Holistic Law. At Phinney Estate Law we have been a leader in bringing these forms of practice to Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, Elder Law, and Family Law to Washington State and it is wonderful to see the Washington State Bar Association recognizing their importance in shaping the way law is practiced in this state.
